  • This is our clients' favorite part of the design process! We’re working together towards a common goal: a website design that reflects who you are and what you believe in. What’s not to enjoy? You’ll love working 1:1 through this exciting collaboration!

    Your vision is what drives our design. We'll meet throughout the design process to make sure we're on the same page. Our designs will always reflect your company's values, mission, and brand vision.

  • As we build each page, we include important back-end pieces to help search engines recognize your website. This makes it easier for search engines to place your website in the correct search results.

  • This only applies if you have an existing website. In this case, we will switch your domain name from your previous registrar to your new one.

  • When you work with Benthic Studio, you receive more than professional web design. You have all of our expertise at your fingertips! We’ll give you resources, ideas, and direction to help you prepare for launching your new website.

  • Once your web design is complete, we’ll walk you through how to use and maintain your website and domain.

    Examples of brand patterns include geometric shapes, floral or organic designs, stripes, chevrons, or any other visually appealing design element that can be repeated in a seamless pattern. Brand patterns can be used as a background, border, or accent to add interest and variety to brand materials

  • After we deliver your new website, we give you a document that answers our most commonly asked questions! This is yours to keep and refer to whenever you’re not sure how to access or change something.

  • We get it - launching your website is scary! Exciting, exhilarating, but scary.

    We will never leave you high and dry! We will be available to answer any questions for two weeks after your website launch. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

The Process

Discovery

  • You find our studio. You realize that our unwavering standard for high-quality work matches your vision for professional, yet creative, web design. We chat over video call and within 48 hours, you have a customized web design proposal in your inbox. 

    We begin client onboarding once you accept the proposal, sign the contract, and pay the 50% deposit! You’ll receive your brand and website client questionnaire. Once that’s complete, we can schedule our kickoff call. 

Design

  • During our kickoff call, you tell us everything you want included in your website. Together, we discuss the sections, pages, investment, and timeline for the project.

    My team and I create a Copywriting Guide and initial Home Page Design for your approval. After receiving your feedback, we refine our design and create the remaining pages. 

    While we value the aesthetics of your website, we also carefully construct the technical, back-end of each page. This includes page linking, initial SEO setup, domain transfers, social sharing thumbnails, and more.

Delivery

  • Your custom-designed website is almost ready to publish! With your web delivery, you also receive: 

    • A website maintenance training on how to maximize your new website design

    • A website handover document 

    • Website Launch preparation tips 

    • 2 weeks of post-launch support
